Az Flicks Booking Policy

To keep everything organized and secure, all bookings for Az Flicks are handled directly through our Squarespace booking system. Please review the following policy before scheduling your session.

Booking Process

• All sessions must be booked through our official Squarespace booking page.

• You’ll select your preferred date, time, and session type directly through the online calendar.

• A session is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due by the end of the photoshoot, payable via cash or the same booking platform.

• Final images will not be delivered until the full balance is paid.

Delivery Timeline

• RAW files will be delivered via Dropbox within 1–2 business days after your session.

• Edited photos will be delivered via Dropbox within an additional 1–2 business days after RAWs are sent.

Session Confirmation & Location

• Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and session overview.

• Location will be discussed and finalized after booking to ensure it best fits your vision and session type.
