Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled session.

• The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, an additional 25% cancellation fee may apply (at Az Flicks' discretion).

• Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

• Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original date.

• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the shoot forfeit the deposit and may be charged the full session fee.
