Az Flicks Travel Fee Policy

At Az Flicks, we’re committed to capturing your moments—wherever they happen. To keep things clear and fair, the following outlines how travel fees are applied.

Travel Fees Inside The Five Boroughs

• Manhattan - Free

• Bronx - $20

• Brooklyn - $10

• Queens - $15

• Long Island- N/A- Discuss privately

Extended Travel (Outside the state)

• A travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip) will be added for locations beyond 25 miles.

• Distance is calculated using Google Maps from 10013 to the shoot location.

Long-Distance & Overnight Travel - Discuss Privately

• Applies to locations that require more than 2 hours of travel, are out of state, or involve an overnight stay.

• Additional costs may include:

  • Transportation (airfare, train, car rental, etc.)

  • Lodging for 1–2 nights

  • A daily per diem to cover meals and incidentals

• All travel-related expenses will be quoted and agreed upon before booking is finalized.
